We take pride in the quality and authenticity of our reclaimed Yorkstone products. Due to the nature of reclaimed materials, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.
Returns Eligibility
You may request to return goods within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are in the same condition as delivered
- Products have not been installed, altered, or damaged
- Items are standard stock (custom or bespoke orders are non-returnable)
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order items (e.g. bespoke slabs, hand-finished hearths, or copings)
- Products cut, modified, or fitted after delivery
- Any goods sold as clearance or special-order
Damaged or Missing Goods
Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded within 7 working days of goods being returned and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, less any applicable delivery or restocking charges.
Return Costs
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless goods were damaged in transit or sent in error.
